Jacob Lapointe
CEO | Founder
Founder of The Lapointe Foundation in November 2023 in honor of his mother, Darlene. Guided by her values, his mission is to create meaningful opportunities and experiences for children who may not otherwise have access to them. Jacob is a full-time real estate professional and co-owner of New England Premium Properties, a real estate investment and property management company he operates alongside his business partner and best friend, Nicholas. Outside of his professional work, Jacob values time with family and loved ones and is the proud dog owner of Nugget, whom he shares with his girlfriend, Kylie. He also enjoys expanding his knowledge of business and finance and staying active through flag football.
Kylie Rolston
COO | Designer
Proudly serving as the Vice President and Graphic Designer for The Lapointe Foundation. She has been dedicated to the foundation since its very beginning and finds immense joy in helping families and children. Seeing their bright smiles and knowing the difference the foundation makes in their lives is truly the greatest reward for her. Outside of her work with the foundation, Kylie is a high school Graphic Design teacher, where she inspires and mentors the next generation of creative artists. She also runs her own small business, The Wedding Niche, where she helps couples design their dream wedding stationery. When she’s not designing or teaching, Kylie enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Jacob, and their playful puppy, Nugget, who always keeps life full of love, laughter, & cuddles.
Kimberly Shepherd
COO | Founder
Daughter of the late Darlene Lapointe. Currently, she serves as one of the directors on the Lapointe Foundation Board. Personally, she is a mom of a three year old toddler. Professionally, she has been a high school educator for the past nine years with two master's degrees in education. Helping students learn skills, develop a growth mindset, establish goals, and preserve are at the core of her teaching philosophy. Through her education, profession, and life experiences, she will continue to help contribute to the success of not only the Lapointe Foundation as a whole, but for every child and family who are in need of assistance. For every child deserves a strong advocate and every family deserves a village of support.
Lisa Rolston
COO | Event Coordinator
Director of Strategic Operations, Talent & Culture at KPMG,
LLP where she helps drive organizational effectiveness and
people-centered initiatives. With a background in culture, branding, and marketing, she brings a collaborative and creative approach
to everything she does. Lisa has been married for 30 years and
is the proud mom of two, and she is passionate about
giving back, mentoring others, and supporting initiatives
that strengthen communities.
Nick Pelletier
Chairman
Chairman of the Lapointe Foundation, dedicated to creating opportunities for youth in the community. A UMass Lowell graduate with a degree in Business Administration, he served nine years in the U.S. Navy and now continues his service as a firefighter in New Hampshire while also pursuing real estate. Growing up, he learned the value of teamwork, sports, and community, and today he carries that forward by helping others bridge the gap to opportunity and inspiring the next generation to reach their goals.

Where do we begin with Nugget! The bright little pup face that brings smiles, laughs, and all the "awes" to every face he meets. Nugget is a playful little guy who loves greeting anyone at all Lapointe Foundation events. He hopes to see you at the next one! Make sure you bring a treat - he cannot resist them!
